This urban walk is part of the Highway to Health Scheme – a simple and innovative scheme which aims to encourage people of all ages to walk for leisure and good health. It uses pole signs at one kilometre intervals on an established route.

Route Type Highway to Health
Leaving from Riverside Leisure Centre, turn left onto the Urney Road and then right onto the Strabane By Pass. Walk until you reach the roundabout at the Mourne River, and turn right onto Bradley Way. Follow the road until you reach the Urney Road again. Turn right and then left again back into the Leisure Centre.
The routes can be accessed at any point and walked in either direction.
