Highway to Health, Mater Hospital, The Brookfield Mill Walk
This urban walk is part of the Highway to Health Scheme – a simple and innovative scheme which aims to encourage people of all ages to walk for leisure and good health. It uses pole signs at one kilometre intervals on an established route.
The walk around the Mater Hospital area is to aid health promotion to staff, patients and visitors

Starting outside the McAuley (beside the cafe) turn left and walk up the Crumlin Road as far as Dunnes gate; then return via the same route.
Start at the main door of the McAuley Building of the Mater Hospital.
