About the Event
This Challenging walk is approximately 10km and lasts 5hrs. Led by Darren Thompson and Steve Casey, this walk examines the flora and fauna associated with Irish blanket bog. It is suitable for people with a good level of fitness and prior walking experience on rough terrain.
Pre-booking is essential. Cost £5.00 per person

Please wear hiking boots and bring a drink & packed lunch and waterproof layers. Dogs are not allowed.
Free minibus transport will be available from the registration venue to and from walk start & end points.
Toilet facilities and light refreshments (on return) are available at the registration venue.
All children under the age of 18 should be accompanied by a parent/guardian. This walk is not suitable for children under 10 years of age.
